Nathan Baker
Graduate Researcher
Organizational Psychology
Michigan State University
I’m a first-year Industrial and Organizational Psychology student at Michigan State University. In addition to my work on the WEAVE project exploring driver skills and perceptions of work, I am mainly involved in research projects related to (1) how emotions spread interpersonally and influence work outcomes, (2) career adaptability and the future of work, and (3) employee health outcomes and organizational responses to COVID-19.
Prior to joining Michigan State, I performed mixed-methods research on science communication and psycholinguistics at The Ohio State University (OSU) and the Center of Science and Industry (COSI) museum. I was also heavily involved with the Marion regional OSU first year experience program and worked on developing educational initiatives for freshmen students.
