Jenna Van Fossen is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at Clemson University. She received her PhD in organizational psychology at Michigan State University. She received a BA in psychology from California State University, Fresno. Her research interests focus on work motivation, emotions, ethical behavior in the workplace, and occupational health and well-being. As a graduate student research assistant in Project WEAVE, she has worked on skills mapping driving professions and identifying potential transition jobs for drivers using O*NET data. She has also been involved in recruiting participants and scheduling and facilitating focus groups with managers of trucking companies, supervisors of truck drivers, and drivers to study the potential impacts of autonomous vehicles on the workforce.
